AcroSoft Hosts 5th Annual Client Conference
AcroSoft Corporation highlights web offerings, client projects at fifth annual Client Information Conference
Columbia, SC -- November 2008
AcroSoft Corporation recently concluded its fifth annual Client Information Conference, which was held October 14th-17th at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia.
The AcroSoft Client Information Conference is held each year to offer AcroSoft clients the opportunity to network with other clients, share ideas, and learn about the latest product and service offerings at AcroSoft.
The 2008 Client Conference kicked off with a roundtable introduction session. Clients were able to give an overview of their company, as well as describe how AcroSoft fits into their business. Clients are encouraged to take notice of similarities between their company and others, in hopes of initiating conversations regarding general business processes in addition to the uses of AcroSoft.
The remaining sessions included client updates, case studies, and AcroSoft development updates. AcroSoft highlighted the development of a web-based version of its document management and workflow solution, AS AnyWhere. ‘Based on feedback from our clients, we continuously enhance and expand our offerings. Most recently we’ve invested effort in our web-based solutions. Agents, outside adjusters, medical bill review companies, all require organizations to manage and distribute work outside of their home office, as well as the ability to track the external distribution and processing of this work. We feel that AS AnyWhere is the perfect solution to satisfy these needs,’ stated AcroSoft President, Chuck Wilson.
The primary goal of the Client Conference, however, is to have face time with clients and offer them the opportunity to share ideas with AcroSoft employees and their peers. Client representatives prepare presentations highlighting their use of the various products offered by AcroSoft, in addition to participating in roundtable discussions on implementing multiple departments within an enterprise, expanding the use of the AcroSoft system, integration with applications, and technical, user, and executive focused topic discussions.
At the conclusion of the conference, Co-operative Insurance was then presented with the 2008 Innovation Award. Award nominations are submitted by the clients, presented during conference sessions, and then voted on by the conference attendees. The award showcases clients who find innovative ways to use AcroSoft products, including building interfaces to streamline business processes. Co-operative Insurance, headquartered in Middlebury, Vermont, has created a seamless interface between AcroSoft’s AS Documents and the CSC POINT IN system to do real-time updates between the two systems.
